Wishing on all the people who really dream was a day of diy making designed for kids in the local area. We used old shoes to create hanging momentos holding memories, offerings, commemorations, actions and dreams. Learning new skills to customize materials and clothes, making them ours through creativity and expression.
We made, customised and actioned through different workshops held in the space, after we took what was made in the gallery outide hanging up in the streets, putting on the walls, wearing on our bodies or taking back to our homes.
Workshops included: Customising shoes & clothes through airbrushing & textiles, stenciling, polaroids, badge making, lino printing on fabric, politcal and expressive writing
